That’s a good question and one we’re asked all the time!
People say we forget what we read in childhood. This poem has a special memory because it was about the innocence of a small boy whose mother worked at a construction site. The small boy pulled the corner of her saree which had a knot because he wanted the lump of jaggery hidden in it. That was his treasure, that was the happiness for him. We want to be that hidden ‘lump of jaggery’ and spread happiness. Share your sorrows, your happiness, your stories with us and we would give you your lump of jaggery. Keep the child in you alive and say cheers to life 🙂
