We have food joint chefs who leave us astonished with the food they can make. They can use one ingredient to offer variety of food. Here I give you a list of some of such unique foodstuffs that are worth trying if you are in Mumbai :
1) Bread Roll Cassata at Akkad Bakkad Bombay Boo :

Specifications : This food item is as interesting as the name of the restaurant. The way they prepare it is will make you awestruck.
Caution : Bread roll cassatta is in no way connected to the cassatta ice-cream.
2) Pizza Puri Punch at Shreeji Stall :

Location : Shreeji Stall is located near Chamunda Circle, Borivali.
Specifications : Combination of Pani Puri and Pizza. Its way different than ever tried and tasted. Cheese lovers should not afford to miss this.
3) Deconstructed Vada Pav at Spiceklub :

Deconstructed Vada Pav
Location : Spiceklub is located at Lower Parel.
Specifications : Spiceklub is popular for the innovative food it serves. It not only offers innovative food, it also offers normal food in an innovative manner, For instance like they serve the normal vada Pav in the name of Deconstructed Vada Pav ofcourse with the innovation in the taste.
4) Sandwich Pudla at Maa Anjani Pav Bhaji Centre :

Location : Maa Anjani Pav Bhaji Centre is located at Borivali West
Specifications : Sandwich stuffed with pudla (spicy pancake), vegetables and three types of chutney (spicy condiment of Indian origin). It is way different from the regular sandwiches which one might have had.
Other : Try their Black Pav Bhaji which is also popular.
5) Cheese Shot Burger at Cafe Chokolade :

Location : It has multiple outlets including one at Borivali, Malad and Vile Parle.
Specifications : It is a different touch to the mainstream burgers. It is a delicious burger that is made up of patty with cheese poppers being on the top of the burger bun.
Caution : Service is too slow.
6) Panki Chatni at Swati Snacks :

Location : Tardeo and Nariman Point.
Specifications : Made by spreading rice yogurt batter thinly on a banana leaf and Pan Grilled. Unfold the banana leaf and you will find the thing that is to be eaten.
7) Variety of Fries at The J :

Fries
Location : Opposite HR College, Churchgate.
Specifications : It is popular for the variety of fries it serves.
Other : Try the Chilly Cheese Fries and Burrito Fries.
8) Singham Toast at Anna’s Dabeli :

Singham Toast
Location : Dahisar East, Opposite lane of Sanjhi Restaurant
Specifications : This is a lottery ticket for the ‘spicy’ food lovers. Singham Toast is made up of vegetables and cheese inside, topped with spicy Schezwan Sauce.
(Maybe, the name is derived from the Bollywood movie name Singham)
9) Pani Puri Shots at 90 ft Above :

Pani Puri Shots
Location : 90 ft above is a rooftop restaurant located at Borivali West.
Specifications : Small Crunchy Puri with ragda and sprouts and 3 types of pani. This one cannot be missed. I must say it also has a wonderful ambience too.
