The pictures of Samsung Galaxy S8 renders have leaked online. Previous rumors of Galaxy S8 suggested the removal of the 3.5mm headphone jack port. However this holds untrue if the new renders are to be believed.
GSMArena got 3D renders of the S8 based on accurate schematics of the Galaxy S8 from a case maker. According to the new renders, the Galaxy S8 truly features the popular curved display which even Apple is planning to feature in its next iPhone. The curves on the display now appear more pronounced and the bezels have reduced on both the ends.
The Hone button remains absent thus strengthening the rumour that the new Samsung galaxy lineup’s will no longer feature physical buttons and the fingerprint scanner will be placed below the display.
The back of the device bears only a single camera. GSMArena suggests that the Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus variant will be the one sporting the dual camera setup. Hence there could be two variants of the S8 based on the size and the non-edge S8 is not expected to be launched unlike the past with S6 and S7.
The 3.5mm headphone jack port is noticable, at the bottom. Also the renders show that there are two sets of speaker holes, one each at the top and bottom on the mid-frame, suggesting there could be dual speakers in the S8.
The Samsung Galaxy S8 is reportedly set for launch on April 18th, 2017 with previews before the launch date.
